PBP Fabrication Inc. was founded in 1979 in Odessa, Texas – the epicenter of the Permian Basin, an area rich with history of oil and gas exploration, production, and service industries.

The heart of our organization and success stems from our employees and their dedication to their craft. We are proud to say that we have several employees with us over 15 years, and some surpassing 30 years!
Our company places the safety of our employees in the forefront of all our operations. We hold monthly safety trainings, weekly tailgate meetings, and have an open door policy for our employees with management if they have any concerns, anytime. We participate with ISNetworld, EnergyWorldNet, and DISA consortiums.

PBP Fabrication is a past recipient of the Lone Star Award and Peer Review Safety Program through the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, and we are members of the West Texas Safety Training Center.
